- Perform manual and automation testing for mobile and web applications using industry-standard tools.
- Gain a detailed understanding of requirements, workflows, and analysis to prepare test cases and ensure their maintenance.
- Develop automation test frameworks and scripts for test automation projects.
- Prepare test suites, both automated and manual, and execute test procedures.
- Experience in testing ERP and web-based applications.
- Exhibit excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Possess solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
Genpact Recruitment Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduates or postgraduates from any stream.
Preferred skills:
- Solid technical background with hands-on experience in Oracle HRMS, PL/SQL, integrations, APIs, and user hooks.
- Familiarity with fast formulas.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
