Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in performing financial analyses, including budgeting, trend analysis, forecasting, and financial modeling, to provide information to management.
- Assist in collecting budget, midyear forecast, and other financial information to report on profit and loss.
- Analyze budget, midyear forecast, and other financial information and recommend corrections or address inconsistencies to management.
- Develop and maintain financial statements using accounting and budgeting software to generate standardized reports for customers and management.
- Provide financial training to employees to enhance their understanding and support them in completing budgets and financial analyses.
- Monitor and resolve financial problems and provide financial reports to user organizations.
Qualification required:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or related field preferred.
- Zero or more years of experience in finance or accounting.
- Experience working with generally accepted accounting principles and accounting software.
- Experience working with financial analysis.
Preferred skills:
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in personal computer and business solutions software.
- Organizational skills to balance and prioritize work.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel.
