Job Description:
Introduction: The Data Team plays a pivotal role in driving Ketto’s success. By harnessing the power of data, the team provides valuable insights that fuel innovation and support Ketto’s mission of ensuring healthcare-for-all in India. As a member of the data team, you will collaborate with talented individuals from diverse backgrounds, gaining exposure to various aspects of Ketto’s business operations and developing expertise in areas such as Product, Marketing, Business, and Technology. We strongly believe in data-driven decision-making and encourage our team members to push boundaries and deliver cutting-edge data products and solutions, be it in business intelligence, data engineering, or machine learning.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize SQL/Python and visualization tools like Metabase/Tableau to extract insights from large datasets.
- Develop and maintain KPI tracking dashboards to evaluate the effectiveness of product, marketing, and business strategies.
- Design and conduct A/B experiments, analyze results, and provide recommendations for enhancing Ketto’s products and services.
- Contribute data-driven insights and recommendations during key meetings and strategic discussions at Ketto.
