- Verify and process TV listings information, ensuring accurate and complete data.
- Enrich TV listings with required metadata in the local data management system.
- Perform data entry and editing tasks for TV scheduling information.
- Conduct research from reliable sources to validate and maintain accurate schedule data.
- Link inbound programs to internal databases.
- Ensure on-time delivery of reliable and accurate information.
- Respond to emails and other communications from global teams in a professional manner.
- Complete daily tasks and responsibilities with diligence.
Qualification required:
- Graduate in any stream.
Preferred skills:
- Excellent written and spoken English skills at a business level.
- Working knowledge of MS Office and/or G-Suite.
- Good internet research abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality.
- Ability to work in a self-directed and fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work in a 24/7 operation, including evening and weekend shifts.
