As a Software Test Associate, your role will involve prioritizing test execution, hands-on validation, and software certification to ensure readiness. Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing test procedures and scripts manually or using automated tools.
- Supervising and reporting on test execution, with a strong focus on achieving exceptional quality within deadlines.
- Documenting the outcome of test executions and collecting necessary information for ongoing measurements and reporting on risks, defects, tests, and coverage.
- Analyzing reports and discrepancies to identify root causes and evaluate script failures at a high level.
- Comparing and analyzing system behavior against expected results and important metrics based on business and technical requirements.
- Identifying issues, proposing system improvements, and conducting repetitive test execution to address identified issues.
- Participating and contributing to internal design reviews of testing materials.
Requirements:
- B.A./B.Sc. in IT/Computer Science/Industrial Engineering/Systems Analysis.
- Proven experience and knowledge in programming, testing tools, and testing methodologies.
- Hands-on technical experience in testing software projects.
