As a professional at Upwork, your role will involve the following responsibilities:
- Identify potential tech partnerships that align with Upwork’s distribution strategy.
- Find the decision makers and their contact information within the target companies.
- Enter the contact information into Salesforce and sync it with sales cadence software.
- Utilize various contact media, such as calls, emails, LinkedIn, social media, and SMS, to set up meetings for the partnerships manager.
- Send meeting invites within designated business hours, including detailed agendas, to decision makers attending the partnerships meetings.
- Ensure attendance of decision makers in meetings by sending meeting confirmations in advance.
- Collaborate with the partnerships manager on a weekly basis to discuss pipeline progress, meeting quality, sales tactics, sales cadence optimization, and new prospecting targets.
- Use sales cadence reporting to optimize open and response rates for emails.
- By week 3, aim to have a pipeline of over 250 prospects in a sales cadence.
- By week 5, aim to book an average of 2 meetings per day.
- By week 7, target 85% qualified meetings among those booked.
Qualification Required:
