Job Responsibilities For Ambee Hiring For 2023:
- Modify and execute test plans and test cases.
- Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities.
- Execute automation scripts using open-source tools.
- Identify, record, thoroughly document, and track bugs.
- Perform thorough regression testing when defects are resolved.
- Apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs.
- Monitor debugging process results, log bugs, and maintain an issues list.
- Track quality assurance metrics, such as defect densities and open defect counts.
- Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies.
Qualifications:
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject is preferred but not required.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of Python scripting and Shell scripting.
- A good understanding of automation tools is an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Appium and/or any mobile automation tool.
- Familiarity with software QA methodologies, CI-CD, and processes.
- Skills in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Strong knowledge of both white box and black box testing.
- Experience with automated testing tools and load testing tools like Apache Jmeter.
- Sound understanding of the Agile/Scrum development process.
- A basic understanding of performance and/or security testing is a plus.
