Job Responsibilities For Oracle Hiring For 2023:
- Perform data entry, verify and validate policies according to current business practices and Desk Manuals (HW/License/Cloud/Support Renewal/Edu).
- Identify non-compliant requests and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to resolve them, providing necessary details for possible resolutions.
- Collaborate with Upstream and Downstream teams such as CDM, IB, Collection, AR to address customer-related issues.
- Adhere to compliance guidelines, including SOX, and participate in internal and external compliance audits.
- Continuously enhance technical and process knowledge through assessment programs and updates.
- Meet defined KPIs, including Input Quality, Output Quality, Efficiency, and Turn Around Time.
- Demonstrate customer-centricity by resolving issues in a timely and effective manner, earning the trust of customers.
Qualification required:
- Graduate/Post Graduate.
- Flexible with shifts.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) to interact with diverse stakeholders and departments across cultures and internationally.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills to recognize deviations from standard practices and analyze situations for making informed decisions.
- Innovation mindset to generate ideas and recommend process improvements for customer experience and team efficiency.
- Ability to consistently meet deadlines and achieve goals.
- Proficiency in computer usage and MS Office applications like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
