Job Responsibilities For Anko Hiring For 2023:
As the Lead Business Analyst, you will report to the Product Owner in Engineering Platforms and be responsible for establishing the Cloud governance and Finops practice for Kmart group. You will oversee the design, implementation, and delivery of processes and programs, using your specialized knowledge and skills typically acquired through advanced education (3-4 year University degree). This role may involve managing two or fewer employees or directing the work of other lower-level professionals.
Qualification required:
- Any Graduate from any stream.
Preferred skills:
- Foundational knowledge of AWS/Azure/GCP.
- Ability to analyze large datasets.
- Knowledge of Agile software development process.
- Desirable: Hands-on experience with Python, R, Tableau, or similar tools for data mining, transformation, and visualization.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Finops workshops with engineering teams and AWS teams.
- Collaborate with Cloud Products, Architecture, and Engineering teams to develop Cloud governance & adoption policies.
- Lead coordination with Finance and leadership teams (Heads of) across Kmart group IT to develop & improve Cloud forecasting model.
- Develop user stories to deploy Finops requirements and Cloud governance best practices through automation.
- Drive and maintain senior leadership engagement and alignment, facilitating and supporting key decisions around Finops and Cloud governance.
- Ability to remain flexible and calm in the face of uncertainty and ambiguity in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Collaborate and influence across teams and organizations, working across all levels.
- Implement public cloud learning journeys for various profiles (user personas) to effectively train and upskill Kmart group software engineers and production support teams on technology platforms like AWS/Sumologic, etc.
- Strategize with Cloud Products and engineering teams to understand specific learning needs and conduct scoping sessions to make recommendations.
