Job Responsibilities For Meesho Hiring For 2023:
- Drive a 10x increase in supplier acquisition for Meesho in the respective city or cities.
- Expand Meesho’s presence into supply hubs or offline hubs within or around the city.
- Provide mentorship, motivation, and direction to a team of Business Development executives, emphasizing Meesho’s values and principles.
- Collaborate with central teams to ensure the best selection, affordable prices, and high discovery on the platform.
- Develop robust processes to ensure smooth execution of all criteria.
- Compile and evaluate metrics to assess the success of individual and team-level tasks.
- Scale success metrics of suppliers across the city, focusing on various supplier metrics like Order activation, Dispatch, Deliveries, GMV & NMV.
- Work closely with the Regional Manager to achieve 10x targets assigned.
- Take individual ownership in activating B2B only hubs and collect niche trends as per category direction.
- Willingness to extensively travel across the city and within the state if required, as this role involves fieldwork.
Qualification required:
- Any Graduate or MBA with 3 to 5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, and Supplier acquisition in E-commerce.
Preferred skill:
- Experience with startups and fast-paced environments is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for data analysis and building a point of view (POV).
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and tactically.
- In-depth understanding of the business and customers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage relevant stakeholders.
- Comprehensive market knowledge and understanding of the respective city and its surroundings.
