- Digitize banking processes to create a seamless and automated business and process workflow.
- Continuously explore, evaluate, and integrate new technology platforms, including SaaS, PaaS, and custom workflows.
- Collaborate with business and functional teams to gain a deep understanding of operational processes in relevant areas for implementation.
- Work with cross-functional teams to design a scalable, resilient, and well-governed technology stack.
- Ensure that the systems adhere to the Information Security guidelines to maintain data security and privacy.
- Provision IT infrastructure and hardware as required to support platform requirements.
ICICI Bank Hiring Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates should hold an MBA, Engineering Graduate, MCA, or an equivalent qualification from a recognized University or Institution.
ICICI Bank Hiring Preferred Skills:
- Up to 5 years of experience as a system analyst, business analyst, software developer, full-stack developer, or technology manager in any industry.
- Experience in technology within the Banking and Financial Services sector will be advantageous.
- Familiarity with technology evaluation and implementation processes.
- Basic understanding of Financial Networks and Applications, Financial Information Systems, Cyber Security Technologies, Lending, and Banking Applications.
- Knowledge of SaaS, PaaS, cloud infrastructure, data governance, data warehouse, and data lake concepts.
