Job Responsibilities For Amazon Hiring For Freshers:
- Communicate with external customers (Carriers, Vendors/Suppliers) and internal customers (Retail, Finance, Software Support, Fulfillment Centers).
- Ability to extract data from various databases using tools such as Excel, Access, SQL, or other data management systems, and perform ad hoc reporting and analysis when needed.
- Develop and understand performance metrics to drive business results.
- Collaborate with Amazon technology teams to define business and functional requirements for software systems and tools used by TOC (Transportation Operations Center).
- Quickly grasp the business impact of trends and make data-driven decisions.
- Escalate problems or data variances to the relevant teams and follow through on resolutions.
- Work under time constraints to meet critical business needs while identifying and measuring performed activities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including creating a narrative outlining weekly findings and variances to goals and presenting these findings in a review forum.
- Provide real-time customer experience in a 24*7 operating environment.
- Proficient in speaking Hindi, English, and Tamil.
Qualification required:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 10-24 months of work experience.
Preferred skill:
- Strong communication skills, as the Trans Ops Specialist facilitates the flow of information between external teams.
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic team environment.
- Proficient in speaking Hindi, English, and Tamil languages.
