Job Responsibilities:
- Collate, analyze, extract, and enter high-quality data (Financial/Non-Financial Data) into work tools following guideline specifications for the assigned vertical.
- Understand the dataset’s workings, be familiar with the workflows, and possess a strong working knowledge of work tools.
- Provide input and ideas for new collection methods and product enhancements related to the dataset.
- Meet predefined individual and team targets, ensuring outcomes are delivered with quality and excellence.
- Develop technical expertise within the department.
- Troubleshoot problems or issues and support the team in enhancing workflows/processes for the department.
- Review feedback related to transaction content to identify and correct errors, establishing or refining procedures and processes to improve accuracy.
Qualification required:
- BBA/B.Com/M.Com (Finance Specialization) with a good academic track record.
Preferred skills:
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
- Knowledge of corporate finance/accountancy, including financial statements and annual reports.
- Familiarity with secondary research sources.
- Willingness to work in a 24*5 environment with rotational shifts of 9 hours.
- Certification or knowledge/experience in MS-Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and interpretive skills.
- Ability to conduct efficient thematic online research.
