Primary Responsibilities For DXC Technology Hiring For Freshers :
- Addressing System Issues: Provide resolutions to system function problems that have been escalated through the problem ticket process. Offer accurate diagnostic information and explore alternative solutions.
- Coordinating Technical Activities: Manage complex install, move, add, and change (ICMS) tasks, particularly those involving integrated equipment and systems.
- Technical Expertise: Offer expert technical guidance and contribute to the development of innovative service offerings and technologies. Collaborate with desktop engineering teams to establish standard operating environments (SOE) for client accounts. Ensure timely and cost-effective fulfillment of client requirements.
- Training and Recommendations: Provide training and guidance to clients to mitigate recurring errors. Make recommendations for enhancements and improvements when necessary.
- Staying Abreast of Advancements: Keep up-to-date with technological and process advancements relevant to the line of service. This is crucial for team performance and goal achievement.
- Reporting and Documentation: Compile data for daily metric reports. Maintain comprehensive systems software and hardware documentation. Evaluate system information and propose enhancements to optimize efficiency.
- Project Technical Support: Contribute technical expertise to project teams. Collaborate on tasks such as designing customer solutions, creating scripts and diagnostic tools, and assisting with the transition or transformation of new accounts.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Preferably, a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
Additional Skills:
- Proficient in analytical thinking and problem-solving.
- Comfortable working in an office environment.
- Flexibility for potential shift work.
