Responsibilities For Mastercard Hiring For 2023:
- Take responsibility for programming, testing, implementing, documenting, maintaining, and supporting systems application software while adhering to MasterCard’s standards, processes, and best practices.
- Develop high-quality, secure, and scalable software solutions based on technical requirements specifications and design artifacts, all within the expected time and budget.
- Research, create, and evaluate technical solution alternatives to address business needs effectively.
- Generate systems and testing documentation in accordance with departmental standards.
- Adhere to development and testing standards to ensure compliance with Audit Requirements.
- Follow MasterCard’s Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes.
- Assist in the collection and reporting of project and software metrics.
- Actively seek opportunities to enhance standards and improve process efficiency.
Requirements:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or possess equivalent work experience.
- Possess a basic understanding and knowledge of Software Engineering Concepts and Methodologies.
- Have 0 to 12 months of experience in the software engineering field.
- Demonstrate high-energy, detail-oriented, proactive, and pressure-resistant qualities to meet tight deadlines.
- Exhibit strong communication skills – both verbal and written – and be capable of swiftly learning and implementing new technologies, application-appropriate frameworks, and tools.
- Possess strong relationship, collaborative, and organizational skills, with a high degree of initiative and self-motivation.
- Be able to work as a member of a matrix-based diverse and geographically distributed project team.
- Display a willingness and ability to learn and take on challenging opportunities.
