- Contact advertisers/agencies who have signed up on the portal but haven’t executed the campaign.
- Assist users in completing their journey on the platform by explaining D+H offerings and platform features.
- Approach user problems with a sales-centric mindset.
- Resolve queries about the platform and provide troubleshooting guidance.
- Thoroughly document all conversations in a clear and organized manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address technical inquiries.
Qualification Required:
- Educational Qualification: Graduate
- Preferred experience in Marketing/Sales.
Preferred Skill:
- Fluent in spoken English/Hindi and proficient in written English.
- Effective documentation of conversations.
- Sales-oriented mindset.
- Ability to communicate with brand managers, marketers, and founders of different companies to explain D+H offerings.
