Job Responsibilities at Agilent Technologies:

  • Interface with customers, logistics, manufacturing, sales, or service representatives to handle various pre-sales or post-sales service functions.
  • Address customer needs such as product/service order fulfillment, end-to-end order status management, repair/calibration requests, product changes or returns, accounts receivable collections, invoicing, contract administration, or lease administration.
  • Handle tasks like booking orders, upselling or cross-selling products, and processing quotes.
  • In a factory environment, oversee order fulfillment activities including inventory monitoring and coordinating product deliveries.
  • Resolve issues by applying established policies, procedures, and strategies.
  • May involve reading/writing in one or more languages.

Eligibility Criteria for Agilent Technologies Careers:

  • May require some higher education or specialized training/certification, or a combination of education and experience.
  • Typically, 1-3 years of relevant experience for entry at this level.

Preferred Skills:

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organization and time management abilities.
