Job Responsibility:
The incumbent in this role is responsible for reviewing videos that depict stowing activities at a fulfillment center. The primary responsibility involves thoroughly understanding the video content and using human judgment along with available tools to accurately label the actions shown in the video. This task mainly includes validating and marking the exact location of products using a designated tool with the highest level of precision. This procedural task significantly contributes to maintaining stow quality within the fulfillment center. It’s important to note that this role is operational in nature. Operating under general supervision, the Associate is responsible for performing meticulous and comprehensive annotations of videos and images, achieving a high degree of accuracy and consistency.
The candidate is required to showcase the following competencies:

- Ability to perform prolonged video annotation tasks
- Proficiency in collaborating with remote teams, exhibiting strong teamwork
- Capability to work flexible hours within a 24X7 work environment with rotational shifts. Each shift, spanning 9 hours, includes breaks. Shift schedules may vary on a quarterly basis or as dictated by business needs. Night shift allowances, as per Amazon’s relevant work policy, will be provided if the associate is engaged in night shifts.
- Rotational two-consecutive day offs (The workweek comprises 5 days with 2 consecutive days off, not necessarily falling on Saturday and Sunday) or as directed by business requirements.
- Mandatory presence in Bangalore for onboarding.
Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum qualifications:
- A degree in any field of study.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- 0 – 24 months of experience in any domain, demonstrating strong logical reasoning skills.
- An academic background outside of Engineering.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Profound listening skills.
- Exceptional data accuracy skills.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Demonstrable familiarity with the Internet and adeptness in setting up and using laptops or desktops, along with a fundamental understanding of the tools and applications necessary within a day-to-day work environment.
