Key Responsibilities:
- Update clients’ KYC and suitability information by conducting research in internal sources.
- Contact advisors via email if necessary information is unavailable.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduation or Post-Graduation in any field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Fundamental proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Ability to effectively manage work under pressure.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Openness to learning and feedback.
- Strong comprehension of Operations Processing.
- Familiarity with financial products.
- Skill in prioritizing and managing deliverables.
- Capability to understand and implement new processes and tools.
- Proficiency in composing effective emails.
- Strong grasp of KYC documentation.
