- Possess excellent communication skills to address and resolve client issues via phone, chat, and email.
- Show proficiency in communication at a level corresponding to CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) C1 or C2.
- Be open to working in a 24×7 shift environment, handling voice processes, and adhering to a rotational weekly off schedule.
- Be prepared to work from the office, with a requirement for double vaccination completion.
