Job Responsibilities:
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
- Safely operating machines and production equipment according to provided instructions.
- Monitoring the quality of the output to identify and manage faulty products, including discarding or re-manufacturing them.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date daily production records for the purpose of analyzing manufacturing performance.

The company is adopting a hybrid work concept that combines flexibility and collaboration. This approach allows for a balanced and productive work environment, with employees spending an average of at least 3 days working from the office and up to 2 days working from home.
Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for this role, you should meet the following criteria:
- Possess a Diploma in Medical Electronics, Electronics, Electrical & Mechatronics with a minimum of 50% throughout academics.
Preferred Skills:
Your preferred skills for this role should include:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Basic understanding of SQL.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic team environment that often requires multitasking and flexible work schedules.
- Self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with a keen eye for detail.
- High level of attention to detail and ability to execute and deliver project deliverables on time and within budget.
- Ability to integrate quickly into an existing team.
- Good personal organizational and planning skills.
- Ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
