Position Summary – Customer Support:
The customer support division of FreshWorks is responsible for managing the technical aspect of client accounts. This team is dedicated to promptly resolving technical issues customers face and offering them necessary assistance. If you possess skills in systematic problem-solving, root cause analysis, and are adept at helping customers with their concerns, you are an ideal fit for FreshWorks’ customer support team.
Qualifications Desired Candidate Profile:
Freshworks is currently recruiting intelligent, determined, and enthusiastic graduates from the class of 2022/23. Individuals with a work history of 0-6 months are encouraged to apply for roles within the customer support team. Below are the qualities we are seeking in recent college graduates:
