Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor the Customer events board around the clock (24/7).
- Acknowledge new events and accurately categorize issues.
- Create Incidents based on the Severity/Impact of the issues.
- Notify customers of Incidents via Email or Phone.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any Graduate degree from any field.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong understanding of UNIX architecture (Solaris, Linux, etc.).
- Basic comprehension of Database concepts and architecture.
- Familiarity with terminal services like SSH, Telnet.
- Knowledge of ticketing systems like Remedy.
- Proficient in oral and written communication.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and the local language.
