Candidate Responsibilities:

Candidate Requirements:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field involving coding, or possess equivalent practical experience.
- Have exposure to coding or scripting.
- Demonstrate a strong willingness to embrace change and explore the possibilities of automation.
- Display curiosity about new technologies, infrastructure, and strategies for scaling architecture to accommodate future growth.
- Possess experience in algorithms, data structures, scripting, pipeline management, and software design.
- Exhibit a systematic approach to problem-solving, effective communication skills, and a combination of ownership and motivation.
- Show interest in the design, analysis, and resolution of issues within large-scale distributed systems.
- Be open to learning and embracing challenging opportunities, working as part of a diverse, geographically dispersed project team.
- Maintain a balance between meticulousness and efficiency in task execution.
- Exhibit adaptability and pragmatism while striving to enhance the long-term system health.
- Feel at ease collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a clear understanding of expected system behavior and the establishment of effective monitoring mechanisms.
