Job Responsibilities:
As a Data Steward for Global Assets, Entitlements, and the Customer Master, your role involves:
- Analyzing data to identify root causes.
- Collaborating with order operations teams globally for accurate order booking.
- Cleaning and maintaining precise records of Customers, Assets, and Entitlements.
- Adhering to productivity and quality standards.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams for process enhancement.
- Handling data-related issues and presenting updates to management.
- Meeting project deadlines and maintaining product/process knowledge.
- Participating in projects and improving processes.
Qualifications:
We seek candidates with:
- Fresh graduates with a degree, preferably in commerce or business administration.
- Proficiency in English with strong communication skills.
- Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Work ethic, organizational ability, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Task prioritization, attention to detail, and task management capabilities.
