Job Description:
Jio is currently looking for candidates for the Graduate Engineer Trainee position.
Candidate Responsibilities:
- Understand requirements from the business, planning, and regulatory teams.
- Develop network design and architecture strategies for all business sectors.
- Perform operational planning specific to the designated function.
- Implement network capacity planning to meet customer needs while ensuring a congestion-free network.
- Contribute to vendor evaluation and validation processes.
- Elaborate on engineering plans for LTE/FTTH and Enterprise networks.
- Generate engineering documentation for each node and create monthly operating plans for planned event execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members.
- Ensure adherence to standard operating processes to achieve end objectives.
- Enhance technical knowledge through participation in technical seminars and webinars.
