FAI Careers Job Responsibilities:

  • Understanding the Real Estate Market in terms of title, deeds, maps, property formats.
  • Grasping the basic nature of the domain and connecting it to the search process.
  • Understanding the recording format in the assigned county by accurately inputting data.
  • Maintaining typing skills with an accuracy of 95% and a typing speed of 35 words per minute.
  • Understanding the various reports/products available in the assigned project.
  • Communicating effectively and in a timely manner with the Line manager.
  • Adhering to Turn Around Time and Accuracy as per Service Level Agreement and operational metrics.
  • Complying with the organization’s Information security policies and procedures, such as the Acceptable use policy.

FAI Careers Eligibility Criteria:

  • Freshers or individuals with one year of experience.
  • Any undergraduate degree or diploma.

Preferred Skills:

  • Minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute with 95% accuracy.
  • Good knowledge of English.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to learn new processes, concepts, and skills.
  • Availability to work in shifts.
