Candidate Responsibilities:
- Participate in governance and conduct periodic project reviews.
- Foster relationships with key customer stakeholders.
- Identify and promptly communicate potential risks and dependencies to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with customer security and regulatory requirements.
- Uphold business etiquette within the team.
- Meet specified productivity targets for the project.
- Provide valuable suggestions for improving customer business and infrastructure.
- Review customer satisfaction (CSAT) feedback and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Effectively manage critical situations on the floor.
- Resolve high-impact situations in a timely manner.
- Manage critical and complex changes when necessary.
- Coordinate with resolver groups and external vendors/carriers.
- Contribute to the FAQ database, knowledge repository, and assist in updating knowledge assets.
- Ensure timely delivery of status reports and respond promptly to emails/requests.
- Initiate and drive continuous service improvement plans (CSI).
- Optimize resource planning for the team.
- Actively participate in knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Mentor and support new hires as a buddy.
- Oversee performance management, career development, and team member retention.
- Conduct regular one-on-one feedback sessions to enhance team performance.
- Monitor business quality (BQ) performance and formulate action plans for improvement.
- Adhere to organizational policies and processes, including security policies, timesheets, and more.
- Participate in recruitment efforts.
- Encourage team participation in organizational technology events and knowledge-sharing forums.
- Contribute to location or SBU (Strategic Business Unit) initiatives.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Proficiency in AWS DevOps is essential.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
