Citi Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and guide a small Operation Support team, usually up to 10 members. This involves assigning daily tasks, suggesting better work methods, and improving operations.
- Provide training, track the quality and quantity of the team’s work, and offer feedback on their performance. This may include recommendations for salary increases, promotions, or terminations.
- Analyze operational data to make informed decisions and solve problems.
- Identify and address routine problems and operational issues that may impact the department. This is done within established procedures.
- Assess staffing needs and participate in hiring to ensure we have the right team in place.
- Act as a backup for the manager when required.
- Work with a degree of independence and autonomy.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) and support senior stakeholders and team members.
- Manage teams effectively.
- Ensure our clients’ needs are met, delivering an exceptional client experience as measured by specific metrics.
- Make business decisions while considering the firm’s reputation and complying with laws and regulations. Uphold ethical conduct and transparency. Supervise and hold others accountable for the same standards.
Citi Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 2-5 years of relevant business experience, including at least one year of supervisory experience.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Excellent organization and time management abilities.
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication.
