Key Responsibilities:
- Develop software and programs based on PCBA functional test cases and Battery Pack Test cases.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve software issues on ATE (Automatic Test Equipment).
- Create user-friendly graphical interfaces (GUIs) using LabVIEW and generate comprehensive test reports.
- Seamlessly integrate software with various equipment, assembly lines, and MES interfaces.
- Optimize cycle times for existing testing machines to enhance efficiency.
- Implement integration of Flashing, Functional testing, Performance testing, and electrical testing with GUI software.
- Analyze test results meticulously, pinpoint issues, trace root causes, and propose software enhancements.
- Modify existing testing software to accommodate Engineering Change Notices (ECN).
- Develop adaptable, user-friendly GUIs meeting production and quality requirements.
Requirements:
- Typically, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as electrical engineering, electronics engineering, computer science, or a related discipline is expected.
- Profound knowledge of electronics and electrical systems, particularly concerning the product under testing.
- Familiarity with testing methodologies, tools, and equipment used in End-of-Line (EOL) testing. This includes oscilloscopes, multimeters, spectrum analyzers, and signal generators.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java, as well as scripting languages for automating testing procedures.
- Capability to identify, analyze, and effectively resolve issues encountered during testing. Collaborative skills to work with other teams in addressing these challenges.
