Position: Analyst-National-Forensics-ASU – Forensics – Investigations & Compliance – Noida

ASU – Forensics – Investigations & Compliance:

Our role involves aiding companies and their legal advisors in conducting factual investigations, resolving disputes, and addressing regulatory issues. We prioritize integrity as the cornerstone of compliance programs to effectively manage ethical and reputational risks.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Excellence:

1. Maintaining meticulous records in both the system and Excel, depending on the specific task.
2. Validating information and documents.
3. Confirming information through designated sources as per client guidelines.
4. Following up via phone calls or emails with HR SPOC/Institutes/Colleges/Universities to conclude verifications or gather necessary information and documents from candidates.
5. Coordinating with verification sources and updating the internal database.
6. Closing verification checks within the specified timeframe.
7. Collaborating with other operational departments for closures when necessary.
8. Demonstrating proficient written and verbal communication skills in English.
9. Possessing an analytical mindset.
10. Maintaining focus and a target-oriented approach.

Skills and Attributes:

To qualify for the role, you must:

Qualification:

• Hold a degree in any field, including Graduate/Post Graduate/LLM/LLB.

Experience:

• Have 0 to 2 years of experience.
• Proficiency in secondary research, company profiling, and business intelligence.
