Job Responsibilities:
- Provide voice-based support to both international and domestic customers over the phone (Inbound and Outbound).
- Develop a positive rapport with customers through clear and confident communication.
- Prioritize customer satisfaction and aim for first-time issue resolution.
- Collaborate with the technical team to expedite resolutions for technical problems.
- Work closely with the technical content team to identify gaps in the help module.
- Be prepared to work night shifts.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any Graduate in any field
Preferred Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to work 24/7 shifts with exceptional customer handling abilities.
- Good understanding of modern IT management and IT Service Management (ITSM) concepts.
- Exposure to Microsoft Operating Systems.
- Basic networking concepts.
- Knowledge in Windows OS and applications.
