Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Engage in comprehensive requirement analysis by collaborating with business, planning, and regulatory teams.
- Strategize and formulate network designs and architectures tailored to the unique needs of all business units.
- Implement meticulous operational planning within the designated functional domain.
- Execute network capacity planning exercises to effectively address customer demands while maintaining a congestion-free network.
- Participate in vendor assessment and validation procedures.
- Elaborate on engineering specifications for LTE, FTTH, and Enterprise networks.
- Generate detailed engineering documentation for each network node and develop a monthly operating plan for scheduled events.
- Foster effective coordination with cross-functional team members.
- Ensure strict adherence to standard operating processes to achieve predefined objectives.
- Augment technical proficiency by actively participating in technical seminars and webinars.
Education Requirement:
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree (B.E. / B.Tech) in any discipline (Preferably with Cisco CCNA certification).
Experience Requirement:
- Suitable for fresh graduates.
Skills & Competencies:
- Demonstrate a strong foundation in computer networking fundamentals.
- Exhibit familiarity with the best practices and development models within the realm of software engineering.
- Display exceptional interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
