Candidate Responsibilities:
- Develop, design, and maintain technologies aimed at enhancing the efficiency of our clients and the world.
- Work in challenging and dynamic environments to create and support technology solutions that align with client requirements, from analysis to implementation.
- Design, build, test, assemble, support, and configure applications according to business requirements.
- Comprehend business drivers affecting performance and deliver software to meet these expectations.
- Incorporate technology trends into solutions and actively participate in developing automation solutions, new functionalities, and technologies for integration into existing solutions.
- Demonstrate an aptitude for learning, possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and exhibit proficiency in verbal and written communication.
- Deliver code within specified timeframes and quality standards, as well as participate in peer reviews.
- Assume ownership of successful solution implementation.
Requirements:
- Candidates with B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech, MCA, and M.Sc. degrees (CSE and IT only) from 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023 with full-time education only (Part-time and distance education are not considered).
- No active backlogs at the time of application or onboarding.
- Applicants must not have participated in the Accenture Recruitment assessment/interview process in the last three months.
- Candidates should have less than 11 months of work experience.
- Eligibility to work in India is mandatory, either through citizenship or possession of relevant work permit documents.
- Note: Bhutanese and Nepalese nationals can work in India without obtaining a work visa, while other foreign nationals require a work visa, Overseas Citizenship of India (OCI), or Person of Indian Origin (PIO) card.
- Ability to proactively identify and resolve business issues.
- Versatility and a willingness to quickly learn and apply new skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with proficient verbal and written communication abilities.
- Timely delivery of code while adhering to quality standards and active participation in peer reviews.
- Take responsibility for the successful implementation of solutions.
- Support infrastructure operations and/or manage the delivery of IT production systems and services.
- Create test designs, test processes, test cases, and test data.
- Apply business and functional knowledge, including testing standards, guidelines, and methodologies, to achieve overall test objectives.
- Design testing scenarios for usability testing.
- Prepare reports related to software testing and analyze the results, subsequently providing observations to the development team.
