Job Responsibilities:
- Develop questionnaires and other research materials as needed.
- Participate in the planning and execution of research projects.
- Manage research projects from start to finish, including project planning, data collection, analysis, and report writing.
- Ensure that research projects are completed on time and within budget. Must understand the costing framework of a project.
Education Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Engineering, Management, Marketing, Business, or related fields.
- MBA from a reputed college.
- Experience in Primary Quantitative Market Research with practical knowledge of research methodologies in consumer research measurement. B2B research can be an additional benefit.
- At least 6 months-1 year of experience in market research.
- Experience in handling large studies is a plus.
Skill Requirements:
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in working with large datasets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis software such as R or Python is a plus.
- Proactive.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
