Job Responsibilities:
The job responsibilities at Optum include:
- Handling chat messages from customers with questions about their health benefits.
- Supporting secure email inquiries.
- Assisting customers in understanding and utilizing the health care benefits available to them.
- Communicating online in a conversational manner to promote dialogue and establish rapport.
- Typing at a reasonable pace (30-35 words per minute).
- Providing product information, using service engagement skills, and efficiently utilizing service resources.
- Demonstrating comfort and proficiency with technology and automation tools.
- Being savvy with apps, websites, and SMS communication.
- Reading between the lines to interpret customer inquiries and respond accordingly.
- Adapting to continual changes in the messaging program.
- Maintaining a positive brand-to-customer relationship.
- Primarily communicating with consumers through messaging, offering flexibility and personalized interactions.
Education Qualifications:
The educational qualifications for this position are open to any graduate (excluding B.Tech/MCA).
Skill Requirements:
The skill requirements for this role include:
- Excellent interpersonal and business communication skills, both verbal and written.
- General knowledge of computers and business operations.
- A minimum typing speed of 30-35 Words Per Minute.
