Job Responsibilities:
As an Oracle team member, you will be responsible for the following:
- Providing guidance and real-time resolution on a wide range of technical and non-technical customer issues, such as product compatibility and configuration, license reconciliation, support entitlements, and validation, invoice and shipping inquiries, electronic support troubleshooting, and product availability.
- Handling open service requests, implementing fixes, analyzing hardware or software problems, and documenting cases for escalation.
- Working in a semi-routine, call center environment, delivering support via electronic channels (web, e-mail, etc.) or phone.
- Being the point of contact for new customers, introducing and educating them about Oracle’s services.
- Gaining knowledge of specific product areas within Oracle’s core technologies and applications.
Education Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from any stream.
Skill Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with large datasets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and an analytical mindset.
