Job Responsibilities:
- Handling inbound calls to resolve Card/Gift card queries using internal software/tools.
- Analyzing problems and providing solutions following process guidelines.
- Meeting SLA timelines and targets.
- Working night shifts, with hours between 8.30 PM – 9.30 AM IST, subject to future process requirements.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any graduate degree.
Preferred Skills:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Preferred 6 months to 1 year of prior experience in a US call center.
- Demonstrated ability to provide the highest level of customer service to internal and external candidates.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Applicant Tracking Systems, and CRMs with the ability to learn additional programs as needed.
- Preference if the candidate has experience in handling Gift card processes.
