Nielsen Off Campus drive 2023:

Execute procedures to meet internal and external Service Level Agreements (SLA) with a focus on high quality.
Receive training and certification, as required, on business policies and standard operating procedures.
Strictly adhere to all standard operating procedures and business policies.
Perform data entry through databases.
Identify and recommend solutions for process improvements and support the implementation of new processes and programs.
Collaborate with clients to complete day-to-day Business as Usual (BAU) activities.
Be available for on-call rotations or off-shift assignments when necessary.
Conduct quality checks to ensure data integrity for clients and downstream systems.
Address client inquiries through Change Requests, Salesforce tickets, and Client Service Representatives.
Research and respond to EY (Ernst & Young) Audit requests.
Assist Process or Team Leads in creating and gathering data for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
Support Process Leads or Teams in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new software releases.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, English, Journalism, Music, or other media-related disciplines.

Demonstrated track record of delivering high-quality results on time with a strong attention to detail.
Ability to analyze data logically, draw conclusions, and effectively communicate results.
Fluency in the English language with strong writing, grammatical, organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Google Tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Suite.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with others.
Capable of working accurately under deadlines and willing to work outside regular business hours when necessary.
Good typing speed.
Passion for consuming Podcasts, TV shows, and movies.
Staying updated with the latest news, especially on social networks, related to American television, cinema, and sports.
