redBus Responsibilities:
- Execute customer lifecycle campaigns on owned media for Brand team for one or more LOBs – redBus, rYde, and redRail.
- End-to-end management & roll-out of Customer Lifecycle Management marketing Campaigns for – India market/ International markets/ New Lines of Business.
- Define Events structure for marketing automation tools, work with tech/product team for events configuration.
- Mandatory Knowledge of working on marketing automation tools like MoEngage & Clevertap.
- Campaign configuration, validation, reporting in marketing automation tools.
- Formulate CLM strategy (content, frequency, touchpoints) for new and existing segments.
- Optimization of targeting/communication/channels for existing/new campaigns.
- Analyze Campaign, Business, Source, Event, GA, and other relevant data to propose new customer segments for improving CLM performance.
- Manage Adhoc CLM marketing campaigns on Push, Mail, WhatsApp, and SMS channels.
- Pull out customer data through SQL queries from Automation tools & data servers for data analysis and campaign execution.
- Track customer loyalty metrics and campaign metrics at the weekly/daily level.
- Manage multiple external vendors and agencies for the execution and analysis of CLM campaigns.
Preferred skill:
- Good knowledge of SQL (must) and working knowledge of Python (Good to have).
- Superior Analytical skills with an innate attention to detail.
- Good Communication- Verbal and Non-Verbal skills.
- Multi-Tasking.
- Good Team Player.
