Job Responsibilities:
- Project Understanding:
- Collaborate with the sales team to comprehend project specifications and customer needs.
- Participate in job site walk-throughs to gain insights into project requirements.
- System Design:
- Design systems for standard facilities, including mechanical system layouts, electrical drawings, valve and damper schedules layout, and control panel layouts.
- Interpret and design sequences of operations, identifying hardware and logic requirements for systems.
- Analysis and Risk Assessment:
- Analyze plans, construction contract specifications, and codes to determine project requirements and potential risks.
- Select appropriate types and sizes of products for the project.
- Communication and Follow-up:
- Follow up with sales and management to ensure alignment with customer needs in terms of job scope, specifications, and schematics.
- Participate in sales to operations turnover meetings to assess the accuracy of estimates and job layouts.
- Engineering Documentation:
- Assist in peer review for engineering documents to ensure quality and accuracy.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education:
- Engineering Degree in Instrumentation, Electrical.
- Preferred Skills:
- Strong knowledge of engineering fundamentals, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical circuit diagrams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
- Adaptability and Problem-solving:
- Ability to interpret customer requirements, identify needs, and resolve issues positively.
- Adapt to shifting demands and competing priorities to consistently manage time effectively and meet established deadlines.
