Responsibilities:
- Support in planning, assembly, and update of test objects (Vehicles, Engines, Transmissions, CABs, E Mob…) involving virtual tools and techniques.
- Support regular activities connected to Problem Solving, 5S, and continuous improvement.
- Perform product builds involving virtual and physical build activities.
- Present initiative and pro-activity.
- Be organized, disciplined, and able to collaborate with experienced professionals.
- Take initiatives to explore new technologies supporting Virtual Product Development and Simulations.
- Reach out and network with cross-functional teams, explore possibilities, and formalize the same.
- Lead the build process in the projects from order to delivery.
- Specify test objects.
- Manage the Bill of Material for test objects.
- Manage the supply chain and logistics for parts needed for assemblies.
- Secure the assembly of test objects.
- Estimate project costs.
- Manage the process related to Product Builds activities.
Requirements:
- Engineering background in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or Automotive.
- Ability to quickly learn the tools and techniques used in daily operations.
- Experience in engineering projects involving CAD, Virtualization, and/or simulations.
- Innovative or continuous improvement mindset.
- Proficiency in the English language.
