NTT DATA Recruitment Responsibilities:

• Read and understand the process documents provided by the customer.
• Perform entry-level administrative operations support tasks, including mail, file services, reporting, project support, and general account support activities.
• Analyze insurance requests received from the customer and process them according to standard operating procedures.
• Familiarize and navigate through multiple client applications, capturing necessary information to process customer requests.
• Provide basic support on programs, projects, reporting, filing (electronic and hard-copy), confidential materials handling, and issue resolution.
• The scope of work is routine, and decision-making is tightly defined by outsourced activity agreement or manager’s direction.

NTT DATA Off Campus Eligibility Criteria:

• Any Graduate from any stream.
• Preferred Skills:
  • Fresher with excellent analytical skills.
  • Basic knowledge of insurance would be helpful.
  • Typing knowledge required.
  • Minimum typing speed of 21 WPM.
  • Ready to work in a complete night shift.
  • Candidate should be flexible and support the team during the crisis period.
  • Ready to relocate as per business requirements.
