Responsibilities of the Candidates:
- Install and deploy new DAM releases and payment bank environments with precision, guaranteeing flawless transitions.
- Co-create and maintain 100% uptime, crafting innovative solutions like alternate connectivity to safeguard seamless operations.
- Ensure 99.9% uptime for DAM systems and services, proactively monitoring for issues and implementing swift resolutions.
- Stay ahead of the curve by understanding new systems, integrations, and database activity. Translate that knowledge into effective monitoring KPIs to track performance.
- Monitor systems vigilantly, raise incidents strategically, and troubleshoot with lightning speed, offering alternate solutions for uninterrupted service.
- Analyze logs from APIs, middleware, and databases like a master detective, unearthing the root cause of issues and driving swift resolution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of DAM systems and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
