Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Gather and share insights on daily operations, features, and customer behaviors to aid the product team in uncovering, refining, and envisioning improvements.
- Monitor key metrics and track product performance to measure the impact of new features.
- Take charge of crafting and presenting reports that convey valuable product insights to stakeholders.
- Assist the team in conducting A/B experiments.
- Help the team execute and deliver high-quality features.
Requirements:
- Strong data, statistics, and analytical skills with a good grasp of SQL and Excel.
- Understanding of data visualization tools like QuickSight and Tableau, and analytics tools like MixPanel, Google Analytics, etc.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment, learn on the job, and get things done.
- 0-3 years of experience.
- An undergraduate degree in an analytical or qualitative field (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science).
- Graduated from a top-tier college.
