Job Responsibilities:
Currently, we are hiring for an International Semi Voice Process for both Freshers and experienced individuals. An International Voice Process Job involves handling calls from customers in different countries, particularly the U.S., Dubai, etc. These roles may include product and service support or technical support where the customer is calling to resolve an issue.
Qualification required:
- Any Graduate from any stream.
Preferred Skills:
- Must be fluent in English.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Both undergraduates and graduates are eligible.
- 24/7 shifts and rotational week off (5 days working a week).
- Selection process includes JAM, Voice & Versant Round, Operations Round.
- Two-way cab facility only in the night shift within 25 km from the office premises.
