Responsibilities:

Software Development:
- Design, develop, and test usable software in close collaboration with the Product Owner, team members, stakeholders, and management.
Problem-Solving:
- Work on problems of relatively complex scope, applying standard programming concepts, principles, and independent judgment.
Domain Knowledge:
- Build upon domain knowledge and technical skills to reach expertise levels in software development.
Logical Approach:
- Demonstrate a logical approach to problem-solving and respond to detailed queries effectively.
Team Collaboration:
- Function as a fully contributing team member with independent planning and execution responsibilities.
Technical Leadership:
- Exhibit the ability to technically lead a topic independently, taking ownership of the technical component end-to-end.
Ideation and Innovation:
- Follow emerging trends and technologies, particularly in AI, pro-code tools, and IDE evolution, driving continuous improvement.

Eligibility Criteria:

0 – 3 years of relevant experience with a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology (Computer Science or Information Science).
Excellent academic records.
Strong programming and object-oriented design skills (JAVA, ABAP).
Knowledge of Gen AI, Pro Code Tools, and IDEs.
Proficiency in algorithms, data structures, and database design concepts.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and eagerness to learn new topics.
Understanding of in-memory databases, Generative AI, eclipse plugin development, and HTML5 are advantageous.
Strong modeling skills using UML and hands-on experience in writing high-quality code.
Goal-oriented team player with effective communication skills.
