Job Responsibilities:

Ensure field service activity for LV (Low Voltage) inverters ranging from 1 KW to 2 MW for customers throughout India.
Support customers in field installations and commissioning of all related ABB products.
Provide field service expertise, execute services, and build relationships with end users, channel partners, and EPCs (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction companies).
Resolve inverter issues related to hardware, firmware, and applications, ensuring customer confidence and a positive experience with ABB drives.
Act as a regional expert and lead the execution of field service best practices, focusing on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with sales and services teams to establish strong relationships and support new projects with customers.
Develop knowledge of root causes for problems and contribute to their resolution.

Qualifications required:

Minimum qualification of a Diploma or Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical/Electronic.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of drives (DC, LV, SPRS & Multicell) and relevant technology, as well as industry standards and codes such as NEC, UL, IEEE, and utility interactivity.
Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Expertise in multiplexing, agility, speed, and problem-solving orientation.
Systematic and organized approach to work.
Willingness to travel regularly and at short notice to ensure customer satisfaction and meet field portfolio performance goals.
