Job Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed data gathering and analyze the gathered data.
- Ensure KYC checks and complete Enhanced Due Diligence.
- Conduct PEPs (Politically Exposed Persons) screening and adverse media checks.
- Comply with regulations and meet client-specific processing requirements.
Qualifications required:
- Any graduate from any stream.
Preferred skills:
- Know Your Customer (KYC) Operations.
- Ability to establish strong client relationships.
- Ability to handle disputes.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to perform under pressure.
- Familiarity with a wide range of external data sources and third-party systems related to due diligence.
- Relevant financial service experience, preferably in risk, compliance, or financial crime.
- Understanding of effective risk management.
- Experience working with high-risk client groups.
- Knowledge of the regulatory environment is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and research skills.
- Experience with internet and online research systems.
- Detail-oriented, able to work independently, and multitask effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexible to work in rotation shifts, excellent time management, and ability to prioritize and work effectively under tight deadlines.
