Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate and manage CECP (Corporate Employee Contribution Program) transfers.
  2. Facilitate the seamless transfer of CECP funds between different corporate entities.
  3. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies during the transfer process.
  4. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to gather and analyze data related to CECP transfers.
  5. Prepare reports and documentation to track the progress and outcomes of CECP transfers.
  6. Identify and address any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the transfer process.
  7. Assist in the implementation of improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of CECP transfers.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to CECP transfers.

Skills and Qualifications:

  1. A bachelor’s degree in any field.
  2. 0-2 years of relevant work experience in program and project management, particularly in the area of business operation management.
  3. Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  5. Analytical mindset with the ability to gather, interpret, and present data.
  6. Attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy in transfer processes.
  7. Proficiency in using relevant software applications and tools.
  8. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to corporate employee contribution programs is a plus.
  9. Willingness to learn and adapt to changing requirements and priorities.
